Terms of Service

Effective date: January 15, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using Class Ledger™, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain all rights to Customer Data. We process Customer Data as your processor/service provider.

Fees are due per your order. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions renew unless canceled.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care.

The Service is provided “as is.”

Each party’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and a cure period.

Florida law governs these Terms.
